Accessibility

Last updated: September 2026. We want serune.co.uk to be usable by as many people as possible, including anyone using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, or browsing with text enlarged.

What we are aiming at

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. That is the standard most UK organisations use, and it covers things like colour contrast, keyboard access, text alternatives for images, and clear focus indicators.

Where we are

We have not yet completed a full accessibility audit of this site. We are arranging one, and we will publish what it finds here — including the things we have not fixed yet — rather than wait until the list looks tidy. In the meantime, if something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email support@serune.co.uk and tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. We will reply within five working days and tell you what we are going to do about it. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will send it.
