Pre-order Terms

What a pre-order is

Serune is not in your hands yet. When you pre-order, you are paying now for a pack that will be made and dispatched from Monday 16 November 2026. We take payment at the point of order, and your card statement will show it straight away. That is a wait of several weeks, and we would rather you knew that clearly now than discovered it later.

Changing your mind before it ships

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch, for any reason, and we refund you in full including any delivery charge. One email to support@serune.co.uk with your order number does it.

If the date moves

We are making a premium product to a fixed specification, and we will not ship something that is not right. If the dispatch date has to move, we email you, tell you the new date and tell you why. You can accept it or cancel for a full refund. We will never let the date move quietly.

Subscriptions on a pre-order

If you pre-order on a subscription, your second payment is not taken until after your first pack has been dispatched. You are never billed for a second pack before the first has left us.

Once it arrives

Your 30-day First Pack Promise starts on the day your pack arrives, not on the day you ordered. The wait does not eat into it. Your statutory right to cancel also runs from delivery, not from purchase.
